Chi yoga
Our most popular class
Chi Yoga is offered as group exercise in a class environment, and also one a one-to-one basis where individuals have specific balance, stability and flexibility goals.
I combine the art of Tai Chi with a strong astanga-based yoga to give a flowing routine of exercises that work together perfectly.
My yoga class aims to cater for all levels and abilities. Previous experience of Tai Chi or yoga is not required.
I will guide you through all of the exercises at a level that works for you. This popular class will give you a full mind and body workout.
In a one-to-one session we can target and focus on the specific areas for improvement needed to enable you to maximise your output from this routine. This will push on your flexibility levels and enable you to have a much better, clearer understanding of the concepts and results you will get from regular practice of Chi Yoga.
Class held Monday nights 7-8pm Oldfield Park Methodist Hall, Bath; and Tuesday nights 6-7pm in our Malmesbury gym
