PD Fitness offers a wide range of group classes and programmes in Bath and Malmesbury
Our classes are open to both members and non-members. Most classes are held at the PD Fitness gym in Malmesbury, but we also hold several weekly classes in Bath.
The following classes are held at the PD Fitness gym in Malmesbury:
MONDAY
- 9.30am - Legs, Bums & Tums
- 12pm - Pilates
- 1.15 - 2.00pm - Spinning
- 6.30pm - Body Blitz
TUESDAY
- 11.15am-12pm - Senior Keep Fit
- 6-7pm - Chi Yoga
- 7.15-8.15pm - Circuit Training
WEDNESDAY
- 10-11pm - Gym Circuits
- 6.00-7.00pm - Pilates
- 7.15 - 8.00pm - Spinning
THURSDAY
- 11.15am-12pm - Senior Keep Fit
- 7-8pm - Circuit Training
FRIDAY
- 10.30-11.30am - Gym Circuits
SATURDAY
- 9.30-10.30am - Gym Circuits
SUNDAY
- 9.30-10.30am - Gym Circuits
We also hold the following classes at Oldfield Park Methodist Hall in Bath:
- Monday 7-8pm - Chi Yoga
- Thursday 7-8pm - Circuit Training
CLASSES ARE OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
