I’ve been a gym assistant for a couple of years and am currently studying for my diploma in Personal Training. I'm a qualified qym instructor, a nutrition and weight management advisor and I hope to be a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer by January.

I have two small boys aged 2 and 4, who like to keep me on my toes as much as they can, and I also work as an occupational therapist as well as studying for my diploma. I've always enjoyed keeping fit, but since having a family and studying I find that training is one of the best ways to keep my energy levels up, and provides a fantastic release from the pressures of everyday life.
