The ultimate motivated gym session!
Our very popular gym circuits takes place in the c.v and resistance rooms of the gym Four times each week: on Wednesday at 10am, Fridays from 10.30am, and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9.30am.
This is a one-hour programme, fun for all levels. Cardiovascular and resistance exercise included. in this class. All levels catered for!.
