I am a qualified REP’s Level 3 Personal Trainer with Exercise to Music and Mat Based Pilates. I can offer you personal training, health assessments, nutritional advice, programme design and group exercise.
I have always been very keen on health and fitness and get a huge buzz out of passing that on to other people. I have been in the industry for just under two years working with all variety of members here at PDFitness working with them helping them achieve their individual goals and targets.
I have always had a keen interest in sport. My main sports being in Rugby and Flatwater Kayaking. I currently play for Devizes Rugby Club, and have represented Great Britain in Flatwater Kayaking competing in various places around the world.
