Pilates

Pilates concentrates on the deep postural muscles that require both stretching and strengthening. Slow and controlled movements that rebalance posture and bring the body into its correct alignment. Excellent for back rehabilitation.

Pilates Classes here at PDFitness are mixed ability classes catering for complete beginners through to the more experienced. Our Pilates Instructor James will offer adaptations for those that want to push a little harder and equally ensure, those who are newer to Pilates, get as much out of the class as possible.

This class is held:

  • Monday at midday
  • Wednesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm

*We also hold an 8-week rolling Pilates course at Lea Village hall on Tuesdays 10.30 - 11.30am
