Zumba Zumba Zumba!!!5 May, 2011 - Zumba Hits PDFitness. The ZUMBA program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness system. A ZUMBA class – known as a ZUMBA Fitness-party - combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. The primary elements that make ZUMBA so unique and successful are: It’s a blast, it’s different, it’s easy, and it’s effective! The main result of a class is that you will have been worked aerobically, targeted muscle toning, involved some interval training, improved flexibility and worked your mind-body! Zumba will be the perfect start to your weekend, we will be commencing classes on Friday the 13th May at 6.15pm! The class, as all others, is open to members and non-members alike. A Word from PDFitness Zumba Instructor Sara…
