I’m Hadley, the latest member of the PDFitness Team. I enjoy seeing our members thrive in their fitness journeys and I aim to assist them whether that be 1 on 1 training or in a class!
I have over 5 years of experience in the gym, many of those at PD as a member. I’d love to share my experience and knowledge with others.
My favourite type of training is resistance training. I think the benefits of this type of training are huge and I also think it’s good fun!
