Student Bootcamp

Tuesday afternoon 4.00-4.45pm

Our Student Bootcamp offers a fun, functional and fitness enhancing class specifically for students.  Designed to work the whole body in a safe, effective and exciting way.

Sessions include a varied mix of exercises to cater for all levels and abilities. Expect a mix of Body-weight and resistance exercises to challenge you and boost your fitness. We tailor the session towards an Under-18 only class.
