Gym Circuits

Our very popular gym circuits takes place in the cardiovascular and resistance rooms of the gym four times each week:

Wednesday at 10am
Fridays from 10.30am
Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9.30am

This is a one-hour programme, fun for all levels. Cardiovascular and resistance exercise included. in this class. All levels catered for!
