Kick off your week in style with our Monday morning ‘Rise & Shine’ class.

This class is a studio based session designed to waken you up and energise you and fire up the metabolism for the day ahead. A combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises, with dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises all thrown in to test all aspects of the body.
