RocketBOX is a group boxing session. Designed to be a fun, interactive and an energetic way to boost your fitness levels. You can expect to improve strength and stamina, get a huge endorphine rush and burn calories in a controlled class environment. Speed, agility, balance and quickness will be challenged.
The format is generally a series of warm-up drills. This is then followed by a mixture of partner (Pads & Gloves provided) combinations set by one of the trainers. Mixed into the session includes core work, agility, balance and fun exercise games to keep the body shocked.
This class, as with all our classes, is designed to cater for all fitness levels and easier and harder adaptions of all exercises are provided to suit every level of ability. Pads and gloves are provided, but you are welcome to bing your own if you prefer.
