Core Strength

Wednesday evenings at 5.30pm

This fantastic class is specifically designed to target your Core through a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Like all others this class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and more difficult alternatives will be given for every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates. As with all classes both members and non-members are very welcome
