Gym Circuits
Our very popular gym circuits takes place in the cardiovascular and resistance rooms of the gym twice a week:
Friday morning 10.00-11.00am
Saturday morning from 10.00am
This is a one-hour programme, fun for all levels. Cardiovascular and resistance exercise included. in this class. All levels are catered for!
